Still waiting

<p>on Thursday my wife purchased a DIY spacesaver from Russells wick Street verulam. when we open the boxes a few of the pieces were in the wrong colour and a one sheet of the wood was damaged. My wife contacted the manager that assisted her only to be told that procedure had to be followed and the call would be logged to the call center. Eventually after her following up through the morning she got a call from another woman who was then said to be the manager. We were told we get a call back by COB friday to advise when a replacement item would be made availble but up until now no one has bothered to contact us or follow up. they didnt mind taking our cash when the item was paid for but now they just dont give a damn and i must now sit with this even though i paid for the item. Unaccapetable..Really!!!!! dont ever shop there. the customer service is unacceptable</p>
