Still no prober feedback from Head Office

Since I post my complaint , a lady that work at Customer center phoned me and said that someone from head office will come back to me. Well we are still waiting. So what the hell is going on. Isn't this people pathetic. Can they now please wake up. They want us to start going to news paper or get the Consumer board in. No flippen Uncle of mine in Joshau Door.
