Stay away from Russell’s!!!!!

Russell’s Port Shepstone branch extremely useless. My entire experience there was horrible and I will never recommend them to anyone. Rather stay away. Buy at any other store literally.

From purchasing items to getting it delivered was an absolute mess. Wasted my entire day waiting for delivery,then upon receiving products noticed it’s not up to standard and requested a refund. It’s been over a month and I have not received this refund. Been to the store many times ,and keep getting told some story.

How long does it take to process a refund for R8000???

Terrible service. Even the regional manager cannot assist.
