Squeaking bed springs and hollow mattress

Last year between October and November I bought a double bed from Russells in Secunda however the mattress was and still not comfortable and the springs are squeaking, AND reported the matter within 7 days of delivery. Every time I called Russells stores the manager would then tell me that they are out of stock and will resolve my complain up to this day nothing has been done. The service is very poor and I am unhappy with Russells. I no longer sleep on their mattress because it causes me backaches. I would never recommend anyone to go buy from them.
