Special from today, 3 x shops no stock!!

I saw on the Internet that Joshua Doore/Russels has a special on toasters, kettles and irons for R19.95 each. I told 3 of my friends, we all 3 took of from work to go buy each of the items on special. When we got to the first shop they told us that there was no stock we were directed to another shop, when we got there also no stock, we were directed to the third store, and no surprise no stock either except for 2 toasters that of the boxes were in terrible condition!! What kind of business advertises specials then none of the stores has stock! I am really disappointed, I am never going to believe a adverti*****t from Joshua Doore/Russels again. False advertising!!
