So damn tired of Russell's store with poor customer services

I so ****en tired of the store Russells yesterday someone from their head office in Pretoria said they gonna get back at me as I complained about the bed she said they made a mistake to send a complain to Pretoria it should have been sent to jet park where they gonna do me an exchange, at Pretoria they don't come to duduza Nigel. So I haven't heard from them since last year this people don't take me serious even with the univa stove I haven't heard anything since I complained on Monday so please help me
