SLEEPMASTER CAMELOT 152CM BASE SET

I bought a Sleepmaster Camelot MKII 152 Base Set on the 31st of March from Russells store at Mams Mall in Mahube, Mamelodi East. The bed started cranking and there were funny sounds coming out within 3 weeks. I went back to the store and they asked for the pictures which I sent. I received a call from Restonic for which I was promised feedback which is not coming. This morning I went back to the store and they called the Customer service department for follow-up, they were told that the person working on my complaint is off sick and I must wait for her the day she comes back. I have resolved that I no longer want an exchange but would rather get a refund and was told about some ridiculous process that means I will still have to sleep on a cranking bed until they decide to sort all this out.
