Sickening

I ordered a lounge and bed from Russells in Krugers dorp Johannesburg on Black Friday(24/11/2017). They advised me that the furniture will be delivered the following week, I asked them time and time again if they are sure, as we were moving house and I did nit have a bed to sleep on. They said " Yes mam definitely" . It is now the 18/12/2017, no furniture. I have been calling every week, all the manager can tell me is " so sorry they waiting on stock" Then I call the head office last week, lodge a complaint, nobody calls me back. I get to work, call the head office, only to be advised that my order has to be cancelled, because they don't have stock for the lounge set. I am then advised that I bought the lounge and bed "as a set" so therefore both needs to be cancelled. Bare in mind, nobody contacted me, I only but found out because I called the head office. They now tell me I need to come into the store, fill in paper work, then bring my bank statement and ID copy, then they can refund me in 6 weeks.

I need help on which Oumbudsmen to go to or how do I take this further, these people are a *******. I am disgusted and totally furious with this service.
