Shortage

On the 16 December 2014 I bought Brown Kensington 4 PCE Lounge suite, they promised to deliver on the 19th of December 2014 and They didn't.<br> <br> January 2015 I made a follow up they promised to deliver that week but they didn't . Delivery took place on the 23rd of Jan 2015, they delivered 3 piece ( 2x2 seater and 1 seater instead of 2 seater). I kept on calling the branch, went there many times nothing happened they kept promising that they will deliver soon.<br> <br> All I want from them is to bring my money back and take their lounge suite.
