short delivery twice already

I have purchased goods on credit for over R30000 a few weeks ago. The goods were delivered a few days later,but th dressser mirrors were broken already. The delivery guys told us it would be delivered in the next 2 days,nothing happened. We called the warehouse and they said it will be delivered soon. 3r days later someone calls me while I'm at work to say he's outside my home with the mirror. How caan they just show up without checking that someone's aat home fiirst? I called my husband n he had to receive the goods. But,it was the wrong mirrror! That had to be taken back again. My husband spoke repeatedly to Julie at the warehouse and she promised delivery yesterday,we are still waiting. Can peoople be so irresponsible? We are still waiting for the goods....no one bothered to even call us to let uss know what's going on!very poor service!b
