Shocking business practice

on line purchase, they took the money out my account and cancelled the order, getting passed from pillar to post, been given a list of telephone numbers either cant get through to them or they just pass me only someone else. Shocking, Really shocking. Just refund my money so i can go buy from someone who cares.
