Settlement letter

I was on a debt review and I resigned at my work paid all my debts and I contacted them after I paid what I was owing at all companies and the debt can't clear my name because of the paid up letter from Joshua Doore when I contacted Joshua Doore they told when my account was over 5years they can't do anything to help me. So I am not sure what to do with the matter like this
