SERVICE SUCKS AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE!

I purchased a TV and Display unit from my relative whom bought these on his name, however he decided to return the goods as he bought new stuff, so I decided to take the goods pay for it as agreed by me my relative and also the store manager, Sharon. We spoke to her about me taking over the goods and paying in phoenix as I reside there, she agreed, I also informed her the remote isn't working so did my relative since day 1 is not operationally, she said she is aware, I can sort it out in phoenix as I live there. When I apporached the phoenix Russells they were rude an gave attitude, I contacted the head office spoke to the Regional manager Patrick, heasked to bring the remote in I did so, been 1 and half year no response non wat so ever, I even freed my account by no remote. Find you guys pathetic and serivce no standards wha so ever, morals values a waste, poeple don't be **** and cheated just so u get nothing to satisfaction. Russells I would never buy again! People be aware.
