Service Delivery

3 week ago I bought a lounge suite and fridge from the Joshua Doore in Benoni. The goods were to be delivered in two days time. I took time off work as we asked the sales person to please call me when they are on their way to deliver as the Complex does not allow vehicles over 3.5tons. The delivery did arrive some tome in the morning and no one called, they did not even call from the security gate and they left. after making numerous calls they advised that they will call and they will be there soon. This was like 4:00pm that afternoon after me telling them i do not want the good as the service is pathetic. when they arrived the driver wanted to leave the lounge suite outside and go as he was late for his transport to get home. When i checked the fridge that was delivered by another delivery truck it had been dented on the one side in 3 places. I called the store immediately and advised that i would like them to replace the fridge with a new one. it has now been 3 weeks and everytime I contact them they advise that there is no stock available. customer service ans satisfaction should be their priority, obviously isn't.
