Second hand toploader washing machine

<p>Bought a brand new LG top loader washing machine from russels in Cape town , branch in Athlone... they delivered the machine but it came just with a piece of plastic pulled over it. Now the machine is leaking water & making a noise when spinning. Had to go threw alota stuff to get machine repaired but then cause it's still on guarantee but now LG people who came to repair it discovered the machine has no serial number & still wanna charge me for payment on repairs & repair guys also said that they would not sell us a product with no serial number...All this hassle due to Russels , I'll neva buy from them again...</p>
