Russells Furniture together with Defy Appliances, I bought a Microwave at Russell's Hluhluwe branch for my friend as a gift, it had one year warranty. Withen 3 months it wasn't working, then I took it back to the shop so they can fix it. The store manager attended me very professional "Mr Victor Khanyile" he was sending email to Russells Heard Office and to Defy Offices. The reply from this two parties was I must pay R1 200.00 for my Microwave to be repaired while I bought it for R1 600.00.

My question is, what is warranty?

I will advise people to think twice before you buy at Russell's and associated Stores.
