Made the biggest mistake by purchasing from them. I genuinely thought the company was legitimate. I bought a printer and an office chair from Russell’s on 05/02/2020 which was supposed to be delivered within 5 business days. They changed the delivery to 10 business day on the day that the order was meant to be delivered. The new delivery date was supposed to be today. The order still hasn’t been picked by the courier company and they don’t have a customer care line. You’re lucky if you get to chat with them through their website chat helpline. I got fed up and decided to cancel the order, I’ve not received a cancellation confirmation or any details on when my refund will be received. R3000 gone down the drain, thank you very much Russell’s!
