Hi Please assist my twin sister last year she did a laybye at Russell furniture at Naboomspruit it was 2 items kitchen dividers and a bed the very same year last year she went to Russell need to cancel laybye she wanted to laybye the bed only that was R4999 yesterday she was told that she cant cancel laybye she must paid the laybye and pay only 1 item then to keep the receipts then when she finished paying that item the other will be cancel and yesterday 0 31/08/2021 she went to the store need to pay her last installment of the bed,she was told the bed has a mark up she must pay the different, so she requested her full Refund she then given a paper to sign on that she'll get her refund after 2 weeks,what I need to understand is there any terms and conditions where it shows if theres any mark up on laybye item should the customer pay the difference, what I understand about my twin she has a mental illness she cant read and she doesn't understand English I think they need to rob her,because they understand her illness condition
