Sales consultants lying about contract to make sales

<p>i am very angry at Russells, i bought a TV on contract under the impression that it was a 24 month contract and little did i know that the consultants ****... i agreed to pay over R900+ a month for a Samsung TV 48" because i though it would be 24 months not 36 months... The sales agent told me its 24 monts and only learned when i had exceed 24 months and they still continued to take money in my account and when i called their accounts call centre i learned that it was a 36 months contract... when i went back to the store he told me he wasnt aware that it was 36 months and i should stop paying then if i had a problem and that has affected my name. when i went back again the store had closed down in Midrand next to taxi rank. who on their right mind would agree to pay a total of about R34000 for a mere TV that was about R13000 at that time, that is about 3 times the inital amount, i have always been a customer and made cash purchases if only i knew a contract would be soo much stress ... Madness... Please fix my account please ASAP</p>
