Sales assistant refusing a sale

I called the Russells store in East London to find out if they have a couch which I would like to purchase. They said the couch is not in stock. I then asked if they could order me one the lady said no they would not be able to order me one. I then asked her if she could find out how long it will take if they have to source it from another branch and the sales lady said it will take too long to do that. I went on by saying that I would pay for it upfront, but she said she would rather not have me do that as it would take a long time for me to get my money back. SHE JUST LOST A SALE BY REFUSING TO SELL THIS COUCH TO ME!!!
