An email was sent to *** for assistance to resolve a fully paid item, which russells mitchells plain failed to deliver although paid in full. Instead offered to give me soiled/damaged store goods at the same price. How dare they try robbing me in this manner. I expect someone more competent than the branch manager Achmat and salesman Donny to resolve please. I am not willing to wait and am now expecting compensation for the damage, delay, disgusting service and attempt to ***** from me.
