Russels wynberg bad service

Russels wynberg The worst experience ever... we bought couches by them 3 months ago..when they delivered they damaged the couches..we also found that the single seater is not stable and the 3 seater and 2 seater has nails coming up where u suppose to sit on...we told them about it..and then we were told that they will come and fetch it. 3 months later we still waiting. And remember we paid 10k for this couches.. they then came to fetch it..and we asked them if they can replace it with other once because we are not gonna wait another 3 months for repairs...and we are still waiting.. we asked them to refund us.. and we are still fighting for our money ... The sales lady Nontembeko *Gertie and her manager Roxy has absolutely no skills working with customers.. they really lack in that department... we have been blocked over whatsapp because we keep on asking them for feedback... the manager told me that they didn't put the momey in their pockets..wow really? I dont want hear that..If we had to own them momey the stored would have come pick up their couches longtime...today when we phoned again about our money..we were told that we have to wait on the supplier... guys be careful for this shop...
