Russels wonderpark

I bought a couch (Memphis 3 piece Corner Lounge suite) on the 18.04.2022 on the 29.07.2022 I reported that the couch is sagging and they picked it up for repair on the 21.09.22. It was returned and this time it was worse!! Apparently when I complained this time and asking for exchange they refused until I pushed them to. When the new couch was delivered it was the old and dirty couch this was on the 06.02.2023 then I requested for a refund since from then and I have not received my refund even to date!
