Russels Velarum has ****py service

Russels Velurum in Durban,Kzn is a horror to deal with.I paid a deposit for a layby couch in March 2019.In May i made another payment.After the second payment i was advised that the thing that i had bought was not supposed to be lay-byed ,it was on a cash sale.I then requested for a refund.I requested for a refund around 15may.I have made several calls to the branch and i have been told one story after the other.Today is the 12th of July...2 months later and nothing solid yet.I have been dealing with the branch manager-Prisha who i send emails but tells me she cant reply/is not allowed to reply my emails...whats the point of having an email address then.Who can assist me!!!I want my money now!!!
