Russels Rustenburg No Customer Service

I have a problem with Russels Rustenburg Branch, i had a problem the Tv would not switch on, i have taken the TV back to Russels Rustenburg on 16 Dec 2016, been to the shop 4 times and only excuses from the person by the name of Nompumelelo Ragopane, who says they are waiting for a technician to come look at the TV, so now i have a paid for a TV that is sitting in Russels, so how long more do i need to wait for the TV to be looked at by a technician, also i do not know in what condition it is stored in at Russels, As the TV did not have any scratches or dents and was basically brand new.

So is there anyone from Russels that can provide an explanation on what is going on with this
