Russels Refund me

Dear Russels Paarl Your service sucks ,I bought I connerlounge suite of R8999 when i open it i found a fabric hole in it sent a email no feedback not even a month and the one side collapse after calling and explaining sales agent that I Rather want a refund as the quality is not good for the price and iam extremely unhappy her exact words to me is you cannot get a refund you did not receive it broken ! So Russels tell me who buys couches for it to not even last a month ?
