RUSSELS PURCHASED BY CONNECT FIN_VERY POOR ATER SERVICE

I had 2 accounts with Russels and financed by Connect Fin. Settled both accounts, send them the Proof of payment and they even acknowledged receipt of my proof of payment. Once debit order was cancelled but the other debit order keeps on going off and they keep on requesting my id and proof of banking detail. Very poor service from ConnectFin. Think twice before you accept their financing your furniture at Russells
