Russels protea Glen mall bad service

Russells protea Glen has a very bad bad service, Since I have bought the sofas on the 02-03-2023 and was promised that delivery would be within 3 days even today I had not received the package, when I call them they are just coming with the excuses I'm thinking of even taking my cash money back, ohh what a bad customer service
