Russels Parow

I bought a bed from russels parow. I arranged for an debit order. February i had to ran to my bank as they just decided to take 6 debit orders in a row. So i had to cancel and after asking the branch they informed me its my bank. So i changed bank accounts. End of February my husband paid an amount of R 700 on my account which is R200 more yhan my payment. I got my receipt. So then i received an sms of this amount of arrears and not between the branch or the branch they could give me answers. After numerous emails and attempts this wonderful lady helped me. Now the problem the money dissapeared of which i have the receipt. Head office says its been reversed and i need to contact my branch. Driving up and down ,contacting head office absolutely not of help. Im trying to built an credit record and now this happens. I refuse to pay another sent untill this matter is dealt with.
