russels parhetic service

I bought a lounge suite from them in februarie,since then it has been changed 4 times,although the comoany says it only has 2 complaint nr's on which they exhanged the suites.i got told they only refund after 3rd complaint nr now whose mistake is that as the russels bethal manageres is the one u lodge my complaints at.i am also not allowed to have anny managers or arae managers nr and believe me no one from russels responds to youre querry or request to be assisted .the latest query/complaint i lodged was now 3 weeks ago,previous ones also had more than 3 week response time after a lot of fighting.its like a rehe****d story when you phone...we wil escalate,we are waiting for warehouse,we can not assist until suplier respinds.....etc etc.never buy from them as bought an expensive suite to avoid al this but still sit with bad service and product.
