Russels online store sucks. They do not know how to do business. i bought a bedroom suite online on 5/6/2020, i am till waiting for my delivery. It was a cash sale. You cannot get through to customer service at all. Head office was also of no assistance. I will never buy anything online ever again. This was my first and my last time,even if another disease breaks out. Their service delivery sucks big time. The manager must be fired.
