I bought a couch and it was delivered on the 17th of December 2024, only to find that it has a problem with the springs, then I contacted Russells online, went to the shop still no help the response I got was that my complain has been lodged and they will get back to me, I've been waiting ever since for them to come and take their sofa because it is clear they sold me something that is not of standard
