Russels not doing there work but quick to want money

Hi there my husband and myself bought a few things in December by russels furniture store in middelburg in 4 months the lounge suite broke so we did what anyone would do we put in a complaint in April and they said they were going to pick it up and then they never did I had to deliver it off by the store myself we payed for the lounge suite and then decided we can't pay for something we didn't use before we dropped it off because No one was doing anything about it I go to the store twice a week sometimes more to find out when it will be taken off our name and they said we need to take something in the place of the lounge suite I have phoned head office and they put me through customer care and no one still does anything now they harrasing me when I'm paying for it a few times a day I wish they can sort out the problem as fast as they phone me for money and that is also one if the reason why we stopped paying them because they only got hold of us as soon as money stopped everytime I go to the store they say don't worry its going to be sorted its now August and nothing has been done can someone please help me as I don't know what to do anymore
