RUSSELS KLERKSDORP:Horrible Customer Service

I have experienced a very unprofessional service from the klerksdorp branch. The staff and management quote different delivery prices and cannot stick to a specific delivery date

I paid in full but received no call back or update regarding my delivery arrangements. I asked the manager if he will be able to fulfill my delivery specifications and he agreed.

I still have to follow them up and ask them to give me feedback. They give vague and non-descript answers. There is no clarity.

I should have believed their bad customer service Reviews on hello peter but I then mistakenly have them a chance
