Russels Klerksdorp - Pathetic service

Do not support the Russels group at all people.My parents... Pensioners as I mention used an fair share of their savings to purchase furniture on a cash basis from Russels Klerksdorp. After the furniture was delivered there was defects picked up and reported to Connie the sales lady and my parents was promised to have it replaced within the same week after four weeks this set was still not swooped out but instead deteriorating in is falling apart due to low qaulty. It has been six weeks now still nothing is done.... They are bull#R&%# and *****'s as they promised collection and a full refund.My parent went to the store on four occasions now and on two different incidents they were almost ****** and hijacked.Ive been there twice it's endless promises without deliverance...... Please don't support this group they are ****s, *****'s and definitely don't know about customer service as I would phone Connie I get sworn at and treated like ****
