Russels JDG DOES NOT WANNA GIVE MY LAPTOP BACK

I have been waiting for the members of this company to get back to me regardig my laptop. I bought the laptop cash and for no reason it just shutt off in my face. I then took it to the Russels Peddie branch and gave it to Nothemba Raxoti. She told me she will see what she can do but she never got back to me... I then made contact and asked what the progress is and she then said its out of gaurentee. When i went to fetch mylaptop it was missing... I have the chats on whatsapp as proof... And she refused to give me my slip... According to Bentley, the manager that was there for a short while, Donay the manager at bradlows KWT went to peddie and they got rid of the damaged stock... In which case id assume my laptop was part of... So i cant jusr throw away R3000 like that i want my laptop, broken or fixed....
