Russels is the worst place, booking items on your name, that you did not sign for or bought.

In 2010 I went to Russels, wanting to buy a television and a few stuff for my home, I was credit approved, but in the end I declined buying from them.

After a month, I received an account, stating that I bought the items, that I did NOT!!!

Now 7 years later I get an sms from a debt recovery company stating I bought a television from Russels and was now owing the SABC R3545.00.

I phoned the Potchefstroom branch, the manager was not there, so I spoke to the most *********** lady I ever have spoken to. First of all she was not willing to help, and gave me a number ********** , I have tried to phone this number but it is just ringing and ringing......

I would like somebody COMPETANT to make contact with me, to resolve this matter, otherwise I will get a lawyer, and Russels will pay the FULL BILL, as well as the account from the SABC..... I would also like to see a proof of delivery where I signed for the items. Who the hell do they think they are just to book items to your name.???????????? This is ********................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
