Russels is an honest joke

I went to russels in boksburg to open a store account and to my demise it's just been downhill from there, you give them all the information and all is pre-approved from their you have to phone and follow up, try calling their head office or finance division and they are just as helpless nobody can tell you nothing and continually transfer you from one point to another, rude un-helpful people on the other side of the line I will not be going ahead with my application and will not deal with the jdg group or any of their partners..... good luck to anybody that tries to be assisted
