Russels in springs

<p>I app**** for credit at Russels 2months back i think. They approved me. I signed everything. I waited for the delivery of my applicances. Until they call me and told me that they cant deliver the tv because i dont have a tv licence. They suggested that i apply for tv with them so that they can deliver the tv the next day. Unfortunately they didnt. When i went there they told me that my application was cancelled. Ok fine i told them to refund me my money for the tv licence since i won't have a tv anymore. But they did not refund me .</p>
