Russels in Queensburg Malvern Durban, not honoring their refund arrangement.

<p>We’ve purchased a lounge suite and a dining room set from them in May 2015, and since then we had to return the lounge set at least 3 times, due to factory problems. 2 months ago the set started giving the same problems, we asked them for a refund as we were no longer interested in having the same problems, and the factory 1 year guarantee was about to expire. The manager of the store Russells in Queensburg Durban Jakes assisted us with getting starting the refund process. I had to send through documents on the 3rd of May 2016, and since then we have only had endless problems, and are being send from pillar to post with no satisfaction at all. They came the next day (4/05/2016) to fetch their broken set, and left us without any furniture. We had to go on Google to obtain the head office number, as the store closed down and they do not answer anymore. The number that we contacted is ***, the unprofessional people that were assisting us in the beginning seems to be avoiding our calls, and don’t even have the decency to phone back or inform us of what is happening, it is the 20th of May today, and we are still without our lounge suite that we paid for cash on the day of purchase. The people that were assisting us are Vinbai, her manager is Tara, they are extremely rude, and unprofessional. To me personally i feel that this is theft, as i do not have the furniture that i paid for in cash, and they came to fetch the broken goods at my house, why is it such a big problem to get this resolved?????????????????????????? </p>
