Russels in Mthatha

Verry disappointed with the service received at Russels in Mthatha. We bought the fridge cash December 2024 and it stopped working in November 2025 still under warranty. We reported it immediately after a week someone came to check the fridge and left saying it needs to be replaced, until today we do not have a fridge and no feedback from the store. When we do follow ups there is no direction. An entire household with no fridge and we have sick elderly people whose medication must be stored in the fridge. please help us
