Russels furniture store lack customer service

I purchased bedset & Alba work study for cash on Friday the 29th only to learn that the desk is a puzzle pieces & needed to be assembled. I've tried to put it together & discovered a factory fault with the holes to marry pieces together.

I contacted the Russels Arcadia branch (Pretoria) & send them pictures. the consultant by the name of Nancy promise to return my calls which she never did. I made a follow-up but she asked me dropped my phone as she will be phoning immediately but she vanished. I'm so disappointed with the service because Russels store only wants to make profit without any customer service.

After spending R7000, 00 hard earned cash. I will never set my foot in that store ever. 🤔🤔🤔
