Russels Furniture poor customer service

I bought washing machine at Russell's furniture shop at KwaHlabisa Town then it's stopped working within 3 months of purchase. I went back to Russell's to inform them, they promised to call people from Defy they came to collect it for repairs on the 1st week of May 2024 and they promised to bring it back before the 16th ofJune 2024. I keep on going back to the shop for follow up, when they call Defy they said the washing machine isn't with them they sent it back to me which I haven't received it till today. Please assist me in this matter I really need this washing machine I'm really struggling with laundry. The last time I went to the shop they said they we call me within 24hrs. They are failing to help with this matter, I must say Russell's has the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in furniture shops. I trust your intervention on this matter because it is beyond me
