Russels furniture is the worst .. Do not buy from them

I took few items from Russels and my installment is R905 which I pay every month.

this month I checked my credit score the balance for the furniture account has gone down but they reported that I am in Arrears I queried this with them and they asked me for credit report and I emailed it. they have not responded to this. This has messed up my credit profile and I cannot apply for vehicle finance as it appears that I am not paying my accounts

I have asked them to come and take their things cause they are messing with my life now.

i would never recommend Russels to anyone. never again
