Russels Chris Hani Vosloorus Nonsense store

I went to buy Stove, Microwave and few items at Chris Hani Vosloorus. I was assisted by a *********** Guy called Kagiso(KG).He failed to deliver what I wanted he chose a wrong item and I had to pay extra for what I wanted. I went to the Store to complain and he just ignore and acted like he doesn't know me. His Manager Frank is just a bad. I think Russels must really start taking their customers. Frank can't solve this matter as well. I'm paying for the item that's not with me. It's been 3 Months already. I will never buy from that *** store. When I call they now hide their manager and sometimes they pass a phone till they hang up.
