Russels Caledon service sucks

<p>I have been a customer of Russels for the last 2 years - a week ago I was phoned by Francois @ Russels Caledon confirming that I was approved again to by for R30 000 - he literally phoned me daily to find out when I will be coming in and I had to make sure that my wife accompanies me - we then decided to take off from work on 14/11/2016 to visit the store - to our shock and horror we were told while at the store our application was declined - we have wasted a day to take off from work + money for petrol to drive 60 kilometrs for nothing - I phoned the store manager Garfield to voice my complaint and sad to say - there's not much that he can do besides tro discipline teh sales agent - I have been a loyal customer of JDG for the past two years and have never missed a single payment - DISGUSTING to say the least!!!!! </p>
