russels bad service

Just before lockdown bought a tv from russels port alfred right after lockdown it packed up still under warranty took it back i was told could not be swopped even though it is under warranty company policy is that it gets sent in for repairs if it can't be repaired a new one will be issued it is now 6 weeks still waiting will not buy from russels again sent emails to head office got one response poor customer care
