Russels at Protea Glen Service is Pathetic

<p>I laybyed a bed and I did not want it anymore, I wanted my money. The consultants who assisted me wanted all the slips, of which I provided and I lost one slip and I had to go to the police Station to do an Affidavit for the lost slip. They told me that the Head Office will refund me after 5 to 7 working days. I waited patiently and up until today (27 January 2017, i have not received my money). I went to find out what was the problem, they told me that the money was deposited ino my account during 2016 festive season, I told thme I did not get the money. I had to issue them 3 months Bank Statement, but they told me they will follow up. But nothing is happening until today. I am irritated and annoyed by their service.</p> <p>I do not know when I will get my money back.</p> <p> </p>
