Russels are the worse place to shop.

I have app**** for credit at Russels Kempton Park which were approved. My experience in getting this done was horrific. The store doesn't have sufficient parking and the parking you do get is Unsafe. My vehicle got broken into and I occurred damages. Yesterday I went to collect the Items at Russels Tembisa. Because the warehouse were doing stock taking and they could not deliver. None of the items were packed in the original boxes and were only wrapped in Plastic. which means it came directly off the floor items. The Fridge gad a dent and scratches on the bottom door when I unwrapped it. The Sony Mini hifi had the wrong user manual with it.

I also noticed that I had not sufficient space for the Sony Mini Hifi. I phoned Russels Kempton Park to ask If I could return the Item and I was told because I bought the Item on credit that they have to cancel the whole deal and re apply for credit again. Surely this is again going to be an horrific experience again as I have to do every thing from scratch again. I am not happy about this at all.

Please find another solution because according to the consumer act I have 3 days to decide if I want an Item or not. Also the fact that non of the Items came with the original packaging
