Russels

Bought a hisense washing machine in pmb central russels. After repeated calls and emails as well as facebook pages explaining that the hisense stopped working within 2 weeks. No one is phoning me or sorting it out. What i dont get is everyone is aware of the consumer protection act but refuse to give me another machine and insist on inspecting the machine before hand?
